Someday, I’ll bore the world and write an autobiography—for now, I’ll try to air on the side of brevity.

I read this funny meme on social media once, that ascribed different phrases based on your sun, moon, and rising signs (if you don't know what that means or what yours are, I highly recommend you do some research and find out!). Mine was 'A fiery recluse who needs to listen more', and I don't think I've ever been summed up so well. My Spirit Team would probably agree.

I didn't know what a Spirit Team was, or that each of us actually has one, until I hit my late thirties. I didn't know I could communicate with mine and other people's (along with their ancestors and loved ones that have passed) until my early 40s when I actually started paying attention to my intuition and deepened my spiritual practices.

It was quite a shock, let me tell you, realizing the information I was receiving was actual communication from something outside myself. The great news about this is (1) realizing you don't actually have a mental illness - the voices are real, and (2) existence is more vast and magickal than most of us understand.

I currently offer paid mediumship sessions geared toward personal and spiritual growth. I firmly believe that the Universe, our ancestors, loved ones, and our Spirit Team always makes sure we know what we need to know when we need to know it, and I wouldn't trade the gift of being able to channel those messages for anything.

As for writing, it’s my first love. One I’ve carried with me since childhood and decided to return to several decades later. My paranormal thriller, Transcendence, debuts April 28, 2026 from Rowan Prose Publishing.
